Whether you are returning an item you don't need after comparing sizes, or returning the item because it wasn't what you expected, we won't charge you return shipping fees.

Flow example of fitting service : If you are unsure whether to buy M or L size: 1. Purchase two items of size M and size L (write "Home fitting service request" in the cart (add a note to order) )
2. Try it on at home (M size is just right!)
③Apply for a return of the L size product via the inquiry form within 8 days. ④Return the unwanted L size product to us (please use the return slip).

Please note : Products purchased outside the official online store are not eligible for this service.
- We cannot accept returns if the product tags have been removed or if the product's condition is significantly different from before delivery.
