Whether you are returning an item you don't need after comparing sizes, or returning the item because it wasn't what you expected, we won't charge you return shipping fees.

Flow of fitting service
Example: You are unsure whether to choose M or L size.
① Purchase two items in sizes M and L (write "I would like a fitting service" in the comments section)
2. Try it on at home (M size is just right!)
3. Apply for a return of the L size item via the inquiry form within 8 days.
④ Return the unwanted L size to us (please use the return slip).

Notes
・Products purchased outside the official online store are not eligible for the service.
- We cannot accept returns if the product tags have been removed or if the product's condition is significantly different from before delivery.
・If you wish to return an unwanted size, please first contact us using the "Contact Us" form.

If more than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered, we cannot accept returns.
