About the damage guarantee service for Capel Mule/Lion de Capel Mule products
We offer a ``Damage Guarantee Service'' for members of Capel Mule's directly managed stores and official online store, where you can purchase replacements for damaged items at a discounted price.Guarantee details
All Capel Mule/Lion de Capel Mule products are eligible.We will issue a voucher for 40% of the list price of the damaged item.
The issued voucher can be used for shopping at Capelmuhl directly managed stores and official online stores. (within 3 months from issue)
There are no restrictions on the items you can purchase.
Applicable condition
To use this service, you must meet the following conditions.・Be a member of Capel Mule directly managed store or official online store
・Items must be purchased from Capel Mule directly managed store or official online store
・Must be a regular price purchase item
・Must be within 1 year of purchase
・The damage was caused by falling from the vehicle (regardless of whether it was your own loss or other damage)
・Purchase history of damaged items can be confirmed in member information
*Damage guarantee service can only be applied once per item.
The following cases are ineligible even if you are a member.
・Products purchased at locations other than Capelmühl directly managed stores and official online stores
・It must be a discount purchase item
・Purchase history of damaged items cannot be confirmed in member information
・Items that have been purchased for more than 1 year
・If the damage is determined to be intentional
・Fraying, scratches (things that can be repaired)
